摘要:
基于临床中药溻渍疗法应用的数据挖掘，结合临床应用实际和现代对中药溻渍疗法的研究，经学会专家多次论证，形成中药溻渍法临床外用技术规范（草案），包括临床适应证、禁忌证、使用原则、用药前评估、用药前准备、药液制备、溻渍温度、溻渍时间、溻渍频率、溻渍疗程、操作方法、用药后处理及评估、注意事项、不良反应及应对措施等。以期规范中药溻渍疗法的临床应用，提高临床疗效，减少不良反应。
Abstract:
Based on the data mining of the Ta Stain therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), combined with the practice of clinical application and the modern research on Ta Stain therapy of TCM, the technical specification for the Ta Stain therapy of TCM(draft) was formed after repeated demonstration by experts of the association. It includes clinical indications, contraindications, principles of use, pre-medication evaluation, pre-medication preparation, preparation of the liquid, temperature, time, frequency, course of treatment, methods of operation, post-medication treatment and evaluation, precautions, common adverse reactions and countermeasures, etc. So as to standardize the Ta Stain therapy on TCM, improve the efficacy, and reduce adverse reactions.
